For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people and their stories. Growing up the youngest of nine children, I was surrounded by different personalities, experiences, and perspectives, which shaped my appreciation for what makes each person unique. I believe it’s not just the big milestones, but also the small victories, challenges, and even setbacks that turn an ordinary life into something uncommon and extraordinary.

That natural curiosity and compassion for people have also influenced my professional life. I think of myself as a caregiver at heart, so being the first point of contact feels especially meaningful to me. It’s more than an introduction—it’s the start of a relationship I get to nurture throughout the process, making sure everyone involved has the tools and support they need to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

For over a decade, the creative work around me has been a source of daily inspiration. Seeing what our designers bring to life has fueled my own love of style, texture, and detail. It’s a reminder that creativity is everywhere, and it continues to shape how I see and engage the world.

This perspective guides how I approach each day. I believe small gestures—a friendly smile, taking a moment to really listen, or offering support behind the scenes—can make all the difference in helping people feel valued, encouraged, and cared for. To me, that human connection is as important as the work itself.
